In order to rent a property from Bodorgan Estate please either print off a PDF version of our Rental Application form to complete, and return this by post/fax. Or complete a WORD version and email this to us. Once we have received your application form we shall contact you to discuss suitable properties and arrange viewings.

Types of Leases
Our residential properties that are ready to move into straight away are
available on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) Agreement. The
residential properties requiring refurbishment are available on a Fully
Repairing and Insuring (FRI) Lease. Our commercial properties are on
commercial leases. See below for details on each type of tenancy agreement.
Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST)
An AST Agreement can be for a term of 6 or 12 months after which it may be renewed. The Landlord is obliged to maintain the property.
Fees and charges for an AST Lease:
Our administration fee for an AST Agreement is £250. £150 is charged when you have found a property to rent and submit the completed MARAS credit check application form(s). The balance of £100 is payable once the result of the credit check is known and both parties wish to proceed with a tenancy. Please ask for details of charges relating to FRI Leases.
Please note these fees are non-refundable in the event that you change your mind after you have asked for a tenancy agreement to be produced.
Properties are only let after the credit check and reference procedure is complete.
We do not let properties to tenants on housing benefit. We operate the My Deposit ™ Rental Deposit scheme.

Fully Repairing and Insuring (FRI) Leases
Residential properties requiring refurbishments are on a Fully Repairing
and Insuring (FRI) Lease. As the title suggests, the tenant has to agree to a schedule of work to be completed within the 7 1/2 years, and then pays a much reduced rent to offset the repair work required. This gives the tenant a more creative opportunity. For more information about an FRI lease click

The properties listed within the FRI Lease section are not suitable for
moving into immediately. In some cases, substantial work needs to be
carried out.
