Property designer

The Estate seeks the services of a talented, creative designer capable of helping it make the best use of available space within houses which are being refurbished or updated.  The designer will be self-employed and projects would be offered on a one by one basis.  The successful candidate needs to demonstrate that proposed changes or improvements will enhance the rentability of a property as well as rental yield.  Work may involve reconfiguring properties to improve use of living space or sleeping accommodation.  A sympathetic, but pragmatic approach will be required and an ability to keep projects within modest budgets as most properties are old and rurally located.  Formal qualifications are not necessarily required but a proven ability is essential.  Interested persons should enquire in the first instance to the General Manager, ideally forwarding details of recent work for review.
